Artistic Weekends

These painting classes are taught as a step-by-step process, so that each person can gain a firm foundation in this new approach to working with colour.

• Painting Therapy according to Liane Collot d’Herbois.

• Exploring colour moods and atmosphere for classroom painting.

• Painting colour interpretations of fairy tales, legends and stories.

• Introduction to the characteristic movements of different colours.

• Working with Light and Darkness in the medium of charcoal.

• Observation exercises to increase tonal and colour awareness.

• The archetypal background to Light, Darkness and Colour.

• Understanding how colours move when free from matter.

• How form arises as a ‘revelation’ out of painting the colour movements
